These terms explain the permitted use and limits of the Wavion Capital informational website, operated by Wavion Capital AG.

1. Website and service agreements

Read these terms together with the Legal notice, Privacy notice, Cookie notice and Risk disclosure. Separate signed agreements and applicable offering or transaction documents govern any actual service. Browsing, sending an enquiry or discussing a potential transaction does not establish a client, advisory, fiduciary or investment relationship.

2. General information only

Content is not personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy or a binding OTC quotation. It does not take account of your objectives, financial situation, knowledge or ability to bear loss. Obtain appropriate independent advice before making a decision.

Any description of asset management, real estate advisory, digital asset investing or OTC services remains subject to the relevant provider’s capacity to offer that service, applicable law and separate agreed terms. No service is guaranteed to be available merely because it is described here.

3. Restricted jurisdictions and eligibility

Wavion Capital does not offer services to persons resident or established in the following excluded jurisdictions:

Afghanistan; Myanmar (Burma); Venezuela; Sudan; South Sudan; Libya; Yemen; Somalia; Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC); Iraq; Nicaragua; Zimbabwe; Iran; North Korea (DPRK); Syria; Cuba; Russia; Belarus; and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine.

This is Wavion Capital’s service restriction list, not a statement that all listed places are subject to identical legal sanctions. Additional restrictions may apply under applicable sanctions, local law, product rules and the relevant provider’s eligibility requirements. Do not use intermediaries or inaccurate information to evade restrictions.

Being outside these jurisdictions does not establish eligibility. Any engagement is subject to the applicable investor classification, identity, beneficial ownership, source-of-funds and other onboarding requirements. This website does not classify a visitor as a retail, professional, qualified or accredited investor or confirm that a product is suitable for them.

4. Information, valuations and performance

Information can change and may become outdated. Market views, illustrations, projections and forward-looking statements are uncertain and are not promises. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. References to assets under management or capital scale do not guarantee liquidity, financial strength or investment performance; the applicable measurement date, scope and methodology should be obtained before relying on such figures.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or send misleading information. Do not submit wallet credentials or confidential client records through ordinary enquiries.

Website branding, text, designs and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights held by their respective owners. You may view the site and retain reasonable copies for personal reference. Commercial republication or use of branding requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

6. External services and availability

External links and email applications are operated under their own terms. A link does not constitute an endorsement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or the ongoing availability of any feature. The investor portal is not yet operational. The enquiry form submits through FormSubmit for email delivery; security checks, third-party availability and email filtering may affect delivery. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or confirm a transaction.

7. Responsibility and mandatory rights

You remain responsible for your independent decisions and use of information. These website terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer or data protection rights. The liability provisions, governing law and dispute arrangements for an actual service must be set out in its separate agreement.

These terms may be updated as the website changes. Updated website terms do not amend an existing service agreement.
