This notice explains personal data associated with this informational website and correspondence sent to Wavion Capital AG.

1. Who is responsible

Wavion Capital AG, registration number 025371823, Baarerstrasse 143, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, is the website operator and the contact for personal data matters. Contact privacy@wavioncapital.com or write to that address marked “Privacy”.

This notice does not replace service-specific information for fund subscriptions, asset management, real estate engagements or OTC onboarding. The relevant entity, processing arrangements and additional disclosures must be identified before those services collect personal data.

2. Information associated with a visit

The site is hosted by our web hosting provider. Delivering and securing web requests can involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, requested pages and authentication information where access is restricted. The hosting and access provider’s own notices also apply to processing it carries out independently.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which creates requests to Google servers and can disclose technical information such as your IP address. See the Cookie notice for website technologies and external resources.

3. Enquiries and correspondence

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, phone number with country dialling code, enquiry category and message. When you submit, these fields are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to deliver your enquiry to wavioncapital@gmail.com, hosted by Google Gmail. FormSubmit may process request metadata and use security checks to prevent spam. Our website does not maintain its own enquiry database or save form entries in browser storage.

Email links open your email application. A message is sent only when you send it there. If you email us directly, the correspondence can include your name, email address, message, attachments and email metadata. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive financial records through ordinary website enquiries.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

Website and correspondence data may be needed to deliver and secure the website, answer a request, take steps you request before an agreement, handle legal or privacy matters, or meet applicable legal obligations. Where relevant law requires a legal basis, it must be appropriate to the particular purpose: requested pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, a permitted legitimate interest such as security or correspondence management, or consent where required. Consent, where used, may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.

Hosting, website access and external font providers receive information needed to supply their services. FormSubmit processes submitted enquiries and Google Gmail receives the delivered messages. Direct email correspondence also passes through your and the recipient’s email providers. Other potential recipients, where necessary and lawful, include professional advisers, service providers and competent authorities.

The exact provider arrangements, processing countries and any required international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed before this notice is finalised. Locations shown on our website do not by themselves identify where personal data is stored or processed. Contact the privacy address to request information about a particular processing activity.

6. Retention and security

Personal data should be kept only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal obligations, including any justified period for handling disputes. Our website does not retain form submissions in its own database. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days in its submission archive. Email copies remain subject to our correspondence retention arrangements. Specific retention periods for email correspondence, technical logs and future client records remain to be confirmed; the provider’s archive period is not an automatic deletion deadline for email copies.

No internet transmission or email system is completely secure. Use a separately agreed secure channel if an engagement requires sensitive information.

7. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights to information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. Our website code does not make automated investment or eligibility decisions about visitors.

Send requests to privacy@wavioncapital.com, describing the request and your relationship with us. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary; do not attach identity documents unless a secure method has been agreed. You may complain to the competent data protection authority. For Swiss matters, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); other authorities may be competent depending on the processing.

We will revise this notice when website functionality or confirmed processing arrangements change. An investor portal, analytics or client onboarding may require additional information before activation.
