A considered use of data.
Updated 11 October 2026
This notice describes cookies, browser storage and external resources used by the current Wavion Capital website.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage and session storage are other ways a website can retain information on a device. External resources can also receive technical information when loaded, even without placing a cookie.
2. The website’s own code
Our current website code does not set cookies, use local or session storage, install advertising pixels or run visitor analytics. The city clocks, animation, navigation and coming-soon login notice run without a visitor profile. The enquiry form does not save entries in browser storage or a database operated by this website. On submission, it sends your entries to FormSubmit for email delivery.
Animation responds to your device’s reduced-motion preference. This preference is read from your browser; our site does not create a cookie to store it.
3. Hosting and access controls
The site is hosted by our web hosting provider. Hosting and security features operated by the provider may use their own cookies or similar technologies. The statement about our own code does not mean that the hosting layer is cookie-free. This website does not provide a working investor sign-in service.
The platform’s cookie names, providers, purposes and expiry periods have not yet been independently inventoried for this deployment. This part of the notice must be completed from an actual browser and provider audit before the notice is finalised. We do not assign invented names or durations to those technologies.
4. Google Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts resources at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading these resources makes a network request that can reveal your IP address and browser-related technical information to Google. A font request is not, by itself, evidence that a cookie is set. See Google Fonts privacy information for the provider’s explanation.
5. Form submission and security checks
Submitting an enquiry takes you to FormSubmit, which may display a Google reCAPTCHA security check. That external service may process device, network and interaction information and use its own cookies or storage under its provider notices. The website does not load an embedded reCAPTCHA widget before you submit.
6. Your choices
You can inspect, block and delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking authentication or security mechanisms may prevent access to a restricted site. Browser settings may also control external resource loading; fonts may display differently if those resources are blocked.
We have not added a cookie banner that purports to manage third-party platform mechanisms. If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage is introduced, this notice and any consent controls required by applicable law must be updated before activation.
7. Contact and updates
For questions, contact Wavion Capital AG at privacy@wavioncapital.com or Baarerstrasse 143, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. See the Privacy notice for broader information about personal data.
